About Racheal
Racheal Blackmore is a copywriter, creative director, and the founder of The Messaging Lab. Over 14 years writing for INC 5000 and seven-figure brands, she traced one pattern that holds across every business: people buy the moment they see their own story in your words. She built the Connect-First Method on that idea, the three-story structure her whole company now runs on. Two years of live coaching with coaches, healers, and service providers, more than 1,000 recorded hours, showed her exactly what they need to grow and how badly they needed a team. She built The Messaging Lab for them.
Her authority comes from an unusual place. Before copywriting, Racheal was the youngest certified Wicklander-Zulawski interrogator at an 800-store nationwide retailer, and the only woman in the role, where she learned that recognition has to come first or no one opens up. Today she runs The Messaging Lab, a Connect-First AI marketing team built on what that room taught her: why most marketing reaches no one, and what makes a stranger feel understood enough to buy.
“Racheal was an absolute joy to have on as a guest. She gave listeners strategies to implement in their business to increase profit and minimize stress.”
