Accessibility Statement

Built to be used by everyone.

The work we do is about connection. That means the people we serve... all of them. People who use screen readers. People navigating with a keyboard. People who need larger text, higher contrast, or content that holds still. They belong here too.

Our commitment

The Messaging Lab is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more usable for everyone.

This is a target we are actively building toward. We treat accessibility as part of the product, not a feature added at the end.

What we’re doing

We design with accessibility in mind from the first draft. Our team:

  • Tests our pages with automated accessibility tools and manual review
  • Builds with semantic HTML and proper heading structure
  • Provides text alternatives for meaningful images and visual content
  • Respects user preferences for reduced motion
  • Maintains color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
  • Supports keyboard navigation across the site
  • Reviews our work as the site grows, because accessibility is ongoing, not one-and-done

Where we still have work to do

We will be honest about where we are. The site is in active development. Some areas we know need continued attention:

  • Third-party content embedded from other platforms (video, scheduling, payment processing) may not always meet the same standards we hold ourselves to
  • Our SaaS product dashboard is in build phase and will be audited for accessibility before public launch
  • Older blog posts or imported content may require ongoing remediation

Compatibility

The Messaging Lab is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Recent versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Recent versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Operating system accessibility settings (reduced motion, high contrast, larger text)

Technical standards

This site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We test using automated tools including Lighthouse and axe DevTools, supplemented by manual review with keyboard navigation and screen readers.

Tell us if something isn’t working

If you run into a barrier on our site, or anything makes it harder for you to use, we want to know. We treat this as a real priority and will respond within two business days.

Email us at accessibility@messaginglab.ai and include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. We will follow up with you directly.

Formal assessment status

The Messaging Lab has been self-evaluated using automated accessibility testing tools. A third-party manual accessibility audit is planned as part of our SaaS product launch. We will publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for our Enterprise customers upon completion.

This statement was last reviewed and updated on May 14, 2026. We review and update it regularly as the product evolves.
